FSOS graduate students honored

Samantha LeBouef has won a 2023 University of Minnesota President’s Student Leadership and Service Award. According to the UMN Office of Student Affairs, “The President’s Student Leadership & Service Award (PSLSA) recognizes the accomplishments and contributions of outstanding student leaders at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. It is presented to students for their exceptional leadership and service to the University of Minnesota and the surrounding community.”

Doneila McIntosh’s abstract submission, “Linked Lives: Exploring African American experiences of Disenfranchised Grief,” has been selected to receive the Ronald Keith Barrett, PhD Scholarship for Diversity and Multicultural Presentation Award during the Association of Death Education and Counseling Conference in Columbus, Ohio.
