Biography

Erin Guyette, MS, LAMFT, is a PhD candidate at the University of Minnesota studying Family Social Science with a specialization in Couple and Family Therapy. Her research and clinical practice involve families in divorce/separation transitions, coparenting, and improving services for high-conflict families. Erin is trained in alternative dispute resolution services which informs her practice and research. Erin has presented at national conferences and to other mental health professionals educating on the topics of family law, working with high-conflict families, parent-child relationships, boundary ambiguity, and impact of divorce on children. Erin is the Editorial Assistant for the Journal of Marital and Family Therapy and is on the education and training conference committees for the Minnesota Chapter of AFCC.
